Abstract

Nowadays the teachers' education in non-normal colleges is facing some problems,such as how to meet the needs of teachers' education development in rural areas,how to facilitate teachers' professional development,and how to make the best use of teachers' education in non-normal colleges.In order to assure the quality of teachers' education in non-normal colleges,we should consolidate the position of teachers' education in non-normal colleges,Strengthen the consciousness of serving the elementary education and build environment of teachers' professional development.The strategy for teachers' education in non-normal colleges is that: to establish the fostering system,construct the open mutual-active model,implement the system of management by colleges themselves and strengthen the quality value of teachers' education in non-normal colleges.
