The higher education in Shaanxi province has been developing faster than ever before.However,many crises are implied in the course of the rapid development,such as the fund and condition for higher education,the scale and quality of higher education,the enrollment and employment of the college students.If any segment is not well dealt with,the goal of higher education — the popularization of higher education,that is,the realization of economic and social development,and the pursuit of educational democracy and equality,can't be virtually achieved.Hence,precautions against crises as well as reformations and innovations have never been more pressing.Simultaneously,the relationship between reform,growth and stabilization should be well handled so that the healthy expanding of higher education could be ensured.
