Higher Education Reform Triggered On the Popularization of Higher Education

As we all know, China's higher education enrollment since 1999, China has experienced rapid development of higher education, from elite education to mass education stage. Volume growth inevitably implies a qualitative change. Our paper tries to explore the reform and development of higher education in the process of savings by the number of education constantly, how qualitative change occurs, and higher education and how quietly change and thus met the bottleneck in the hope more clear after these critical nodes forward-looking and timeliness.
