On Open of Government Credit Information——The "Blind Spot" of Government Information Publicity Regulations

The scope of the information which should be made public by the government has been issued in article 9 to article 13 in Government Information Publicity Regulations,but the information about government credit for its duty has not been included explicitly.Information about government credit is the record about how and when the government breaks its promise in the course of performing duties.Information about government credit is very special,compared with the information about organization structuring,function of the agency and rules of procedure.With the progress in legalization of government credit,however,all local governments gradually make normative documents regulate government credit,among which,the open system of government credit information should be established according to Government Information Publicity Regulations.
