Abstract
The execution of The Regulations of Publicity of Government Information has established a sharing and cooperative legal mechanism between the library and government information in China.The library is supposed to serve the publicity of government information owing to its obligations, responsibilities and feasibilities.And through its efforts,the library is sure to become the most convenient,centralized,orderly and the nearest social information center for the public to consult the government information.
