Abstract

Objective To study the urinary microalbuminuria(MALB) and beta 2 microglobulin(β2-MG) to the early diagnostic value for diabetes nephrosis.Methods The cases with diabetics were divided into A and B group according to the course of disease,and the health cases were selected as the control group.The level of MALB and β2-MG were detected.Results The urinary MALB and urine β2-MG of the DM patients was significantly higher than those of healthy group,and there was a significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusions The united detection of urinary MALB and β2-MG has a significantly early diagnostic value for diabetic nephropathy(DN).
