Abstract

The incidence of bronchial asthma(asthma)is increasing year by year,besides,the pathogenesis is very complex.Nowadays,it is believed that imbalance of Th1/Th2 response leading to excessively create of Th2 cells is one of the important pathogenesis.IL-4 produced by Th2 cells play an important role in asthma,understanding IL-4 in asthma may lead to new target to therapy in the future.
