Abstract
Bronchial asthma( asthma) is the most common chronic inflammatory disease of children, although the pathogenesis remains unclear at present. In recent years,it has been found that cytokine( mainly is IL-17) secreted by Th17 cells,a new kind of cells, plays an important role in the incidence and progression of asthma. It can not only mediate neutrophilic airway inflammation, but also has close relationship with airway remodeling and airway hyperresponsiveness, which can help us deeply understand the pathogenesis of asthma. Taking it as a breakthrough of the treatment for asthma may have significant impact on the treatment for childhood asthma.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
