Abstract

Asthma is a common disease,a serious threat to human health.The pathogenesis of asthma has a close relationship with gene and environment.The process is very complicated,it is not still clear today.Many cells and cytokines participate in the pathological changes of asthma,now the researchers have found IL-22 is an important cell factor of onset of asthma.More and more facts show that the pathogenesis of asthma is related to IL-22.Here is to make a review of the biological effect of IL-22 and its relationship with bronchial asthma.
