Abstract
Extraction processing of acid-solvent collagen from grass carp fish scale was studied by acetic acid. The result showed that the decalcification parameters: EDTA concentration 0.5 mol/L,decalcification time 12h,ratio of material to liquid 1:50,decalcification temperature 25 ℃; remove impurity protein parameters: ratio of material to liquid 1:40,concentration of sodium carbonate 0.3mol/L,the time of 6h,the temperate of 25℃; optimum extraction conditions were 1mol/L acetic acid as solvent, the time span of 25h,the temperature of 28 ℃.
