Abstract
Optimization of decalcification process during extracting collagen from scale of sea fish was investigated.Orthogonal experiment method was applied to estimate the effect of acid concentration, temperature and time on the decalcification of fish scale.Ion chromatography was applied to observe the effect of factors on the dissolution of collagen from scale while decalcifying.Optimized process of collagen extraction from sea fish scale was confirmed.Temperature was 18℃,acid concentration was 0.7mol/L and the time was 24h.The process was carried out at large scale, the result indicated it was perfect for plant scale with decalcification rate at 99.4%.
