Abstract
The core of people s modernization reflecting on philosophy is the matter of subjectivity. Among a great deal of subjectivity theory, Marx' s subjectivity theory has its priority of explanation effect and leading in present stage. Having reviewed through the philosophy history of subjectivity theory, and analyzed the connotation of Marx' s subjectivity theory, we thereby unveil its meaning and value in reality to the modernization practice, especially to the contemporary quality-oriented education.
