Effect of Omeprazole,Amoxicillin and Levofloxacin Triple Therapy for Helicobactor Pylori Infection in Patients with Duodenal Bulb Ulcer

Abstract
【Objective】To study the effect of omeprazole,amoxicillin and levofloxacin triple therapy for Helicobactor Pylori(HP) infection in patients with duodenal bulb ulcer.【Methods】 Fifty four patients of duodenal bulb ulcer infected with HP tested by urease and histology were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.The patients of the treatment group were treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and levofloxacin triple therapy,and the patients of the control group were treated with omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy.The healing rate of ulcer and eradication rate of HP were calculated.【Results】The eradication rate of HP was 88.9% and 70.4% in patients of the treatment group and the control group,respectively,and the difference was significant(P0.05).The healing rate of ulcer was 96.3% and 92.6% in patients of the treatment group and the control group,respectively,and the difference was no significant(P0.05).【Conclusion】 Omeprazole,amoxicillin and levofloxacin triple therapy is an effective and safe therapy method for HP infection in patients with duodenal bulb ulcer.
