Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy and therapy cost of Azithromycin,Amoxicillin and Omeprazole based triple therapy on eradication of Helicobacter pylori in the patients with duodenal ulcer, and compare with Clarithromycin,Omeprazole and Omeprazole based triple therapy. Methods Total 200 patients with duodenal ulcer and Hp infection confirmed by gastroscopy, divided into two groups A and B randomly.Group A(110 cases)the patients take orally Azithromycin,500mg/d,the beginning 3 days only in period of treatment;Omeprazole 40mg,once/d,Amoxicillin 1000mg,twice/d,altogether 1 week.Group B(90 cases)the patients take orally Clarithromycin 500mg,twice/d,altogether 1 week;the dosage and treatment process of Omeprazole and Amoxicillin are same with group A.Review the ulcer healing situation by gastroscopy after 4 weeks of treatment process,14C urea breath test to review the Hp eradicate situation. Results Hp eradication rate:group A and group B were 92.7%(102/110),93.3%(82/90),there were no significant difference between two groups(P0.05);Ulcer healed rate:group A and group B were 96%(96/100)、95.1%(78/82),there were no significant difference between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The efficacy similar of Azithromycin,Amoxicillin and Omeprazole based triple therapy for one week process and Clarithromycin,Amoxicillin and Omeprazole based triple therapy.Azithromycin,Amoxicillin and Omeprazole based triple therapy have those benefits in high rate of eradication, the low cost of therapy, and fewer adverse reactions.
