Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of qifeng particles and ebastine in treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:Outpatients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into observation group(n=50) and control group(n=50).The observation group received qifeng particles and ebastine,and control group with certirizine hydrochloride and fangfengtongsheng pill.The therapeutic effect in both groups were evaluated after therapy for 21 days.Results:The total effective rate was separatively 98% and 78%,showing significant differance(P0.01).Conclusion:Qifeng particles and ebastine is effective in treatment of chronic urticaria.The medicines could reduce the recurrence of chronic urticaria.
