The comprehensive therapeutic effect of ebastine combined with ranitidine in chronic urticaria

Abstract
Objective:To study the comprehensive therapeutic effect of ebastine combined with ranitidine in chronic urticaria.Methods:86 patients with chronic urticaria in our hospital from June 2008 to November 2010 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group(cetirizine combined with ranitidine group) 43 cases and observation group(ebastine combined with ranitidine group) 43 cases,then the total effective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and serum total IgE,HA,ECP,5-HT,LT of two groups before and after the treatment were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of control group,serum total IgE,HA,ECP,serum LT were lower,5-HT was higher,P0.05 or P0.01,there were significant or very significant differences.Conclusion:The comprehensive therapeutic effect of ebastine combined with ranitidine in chronic urticaria.It can influence the serum total IgE,HA,ECP,5-HT,LT and it can be the therapeutic scheme of chronic urticaria.
