Abstract

How to reform and improve the original undergraduate talents cultivation mode and enhance the quality of higher education further was needed to resolve.Aimed at some problems of undergraduate 3+1 talents cultivation mode reform in school of Materials Science and Engineering,the approach to teaching management for people-oriented and conducive to students' personality development in curriculum system,practice teaching system and evaluation system was explored further.
