Abstract
The reform of the talents cultivation mode is an important guarantee to improve the quality of higher education.The present applied undergraduate talents cultivation condition in local colleges requires us to reform the training mode.Hubei University of Arts and Science treated the talents cultivation system reform as the breakthrough,the talents cultivation plan design as the core,the course teaching innovation as the emphasis point;we also took systematic reform and practice in the main 4 factors which affected the quality of applied talents cultivation,it formed the distinctive 211 talents cultivation mode and achieved a good success.
