The important task of higher education is to foster high quality talents with the spirit and ability of innovation.This article provided an important platform for the cultivation of talents in university.It carries out a series of research and practice on the idea of teaching,construction of reasonable curriculum system,reform of teaching methods,through analyzing the effect of teaching content,teaching facilities,teaching methods,teaching pattern on the cultivation of talents in higher school.
