Abstract
After the Eight-Power Allied Forces invaded China the Qing government began to put in force New Policy and Preparatory Constitution for the purpose of maintaining their authority.Being unwilling to lose their prerogative and benefits,the Manchuria aristocrats made a hesitant political reform,and adopted coercive measures towards Constitutional Group,which led the political crisis at the end of the Qing Dynasty.In this situation, the Constitutional Group decided to unite with the Revolutionary Party for the stability and integrity of the whole nation by means of changing the political system.
