Abstract

Zeng Jize was a renowned diplomat in the latter Qing dynasty,before and during those years of his living abroad as a diplomat,he had read widely,which contributed a lot to the formation of his patriotic quality,to the enlarging of the visions of the world,and had become one of the major sources of his thoughts,laying a solid theoretic foundation of the diplomatic activities.
