Abstract

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of spironolacton and Betaloc on the congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:64 patients with severe heart failure (NYHA class III-IV) were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were treated by furosemide, captopril and digoxin or cedilanide. On the basis of the control therapy, the patients in the treatment group were added by spironolacton and Betaloc for three months. The function of heart, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and six minute walk text (6-MWT) were measured and the side effects were observed. Results:The total effective rate in the treatment and control groups were 97.1% and 83.3%,respectively.The value of LVEF and 6-MWT were increased and the side effects were reduced, which was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group.Couclusion:On the basis of routine treatment for CHF adding spironolacton and Betaloc increases the therapeutic effects and reduces the side effects.
