Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with nimodipine treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 84 patients of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,42 patients in each, two groups were given conventional treatment, the study group added edaravone, nimodipine. The clinical efficacy were observed, and used the U.S.National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) to evaluate of patients with neurological function. Results The total effective rate of the study group were higher than the control group(P0.05).After treatment two groups of patients with cerebral hematoma volume, edema volume were lower(P0.05).After treatment, the study group brain hematoma volume, edema volume is less than the control group(P0.05).The two groups after 1 month of treatment have lower NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion: Edaravone combined with Nimodipine treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce hematoma volume and edema volume restore neurological function in patients, their clinical effects.
