He observantly found the corrup tion of Song Dynasty, so he organized army to attack Song in order to occupy the Central Plain. Meanwhile, he negotiated peace by judging the hour and sizing up the situation. Therefore, Song and Jin persisted in a long peaceful relation, w hich congratulated to the restore and development of northern economy and the hi storical progress of Nuzhen.
