Abstract

Jin Shizong advocated that Jin and Song dynasty can coexist peacefully and oppose the King Hailing,Wanyan Liang attacked Song Dynasty.When he enthroned he remedied the policy of Wanyan Liang and carried out the negotiation to Song Dynasty.After struggling and negotiating repeatedly,Jin Shizong made a concession in order to the peace throughout world and signed the Longxing Peace Talks with Song Dynasty.At last,he opened a new situation that Song and Jin Dynasty can coexist peacefully more that 40 years.
