Clinical effects of danhong injection on vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Danhong injection on vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups: patients in treatment group(n=60) were treated with Danhong injection,patients in control group(n=60) were treated with Danshen injection,fourteen days as a course of treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 100% and that in control group was 75%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.001).There was no side effects in the two groups.Conclusion Danhong injection is safe and effective for treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
