Comparative Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Danhong Injection and Danshen Injection on the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Danhong injection and Danshen injection on the treatment of coronary heart disease,and investigate the clinical values and superiority of Danhong injection on the treatment of coronary disease.Method: 106 cases of coronary heart disease are randomly divided into the Danhong group and the Danshen group(each with 53 cases) who were treated in the hospital from June 2008 to June 2012.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy.The Danhong group was additionally treated with intravenous drip of Danhong injection,while the Danshen group was additionally treated with intravenous drip of Danshen injection.The clinical efficacy of both groups is observed.Result: The ORR of the Danhong group was 96.23%,significantly higher than 79.25% of the Danshen group(P0.05).After treatment,The NST number of the Danhong group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).The adverse reactions of both groups were slight and there was no significant difference in incurrence(P0.05).Conclusion: With good curative effects and few adverse reactions,Danhong injection is well worth application in the treatment of coronary heart disease.
