The Study of the Mechanisms and the Influence Methods of Recycle Economy on New Countryside Construction

Recycle economy is a new economy relative to traditional economy.And new countryside construction is also new to China.It seems that there is no any connection between the recycle economy and the new countryside construction.However,based on analysis of concepts,targets and internal relationships,the deep mechanisms and influence methods between them are shown as that the development of recycle economy promotes the intensification of new countryside construction and the ecological protection of the construction of new socialist countryside and supports the idea offocusing on people.Therefore,this article gives a new construction mode that isnew countryside recycle economy system.This system emphasizes the idea offocus on peopleand the target of increasing farmers income,developing agriculture sustainably,taking on a new look of countryside and solving the three-dimensional rural issues.
