Research on the Recycle Economy and New Countryside's Construction

Based on the interpretation of the recycle economy,connotation,that the only way to construct the socialism new countryside was to develop the recycle economy was analyzed deeply.Finally,the the countermeasures of development recycle economy in countryside were put forward,such as science planning,mainly developing three-dimensional ecological agriculture,implementing the rural enterprise space reorganization,advanceing the agricultural industrial production positively,enhancing the agricultural product's technical content,promoting the countryside recycle economy research according to the law.
