The Study on Development Evaluation of Cyclic Economy Based on the Perspective of New Countryside Construction

There are some deep mechanisms and influences between the concepts and targets of the cyclic economy and the new countryside construction.At the present,it is a new perspective to measure and evaluate the development level of cyclic economy under background of new countryside construction,which is also a relatively weak research field.This article calculates the cyclic economy development level of Sichuan countryside in 1997~2005 by building a cyclic economy development index for the new countryside construction and establishing evaluation model.Then the corresponding results and conclusions are obtained.
