Problems and Solutions of Low-carbon Economy of New Countryside

The low-carbon economy of new countryside occupies an important position in the construction of low-carbon economy in the country,which is the main battlefield of low-carbon economic development concept in new period.In order to solve the problems which exist in the development of the low-carbon economy of new countryside,this paper proposes several suggestions such as adding and changing relevant policies and legislation,increasing government financial input,using green building design,transforming consumption patterns and low carbon in agriculture,animal husbandry.
