Development includes human development and material development.The principle of the former is to be people-centered and that of the latter is to be practical and realistic.Scientific development aims to achieve a coordinated development of both human and material under the principle of being people-centered and practical.The unity of these two principles is the essence and soul of the concept of scientific development.
