Man-centered concept——the scientific concept of development

Abstract
Man-centered concept is the key to the scientific development. It is also highest hierarchy of Marxist concept of development, thus the concept of development of the socialism as well as that of the Chinese Communist Party, resembling the experiences and lessons of the Party in the actual construction of the socialist modernizations. Therefore, it is greatly significant to properly understand and make a good use of the man-centered concept.
