Abstract
Objective:The subsidiary protective effects of Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,Dark tea powder and Liupu tea on the non-alcoholic fatty liver in hyperlipidemia model rats were investigated. Methods:Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group, hyperlipidemia model group, low, medium and high dose groups of the Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,Dark tea powder and Liupu tea, which were 0.5 g/(kg·bw),1.0 g/(kg·bw),2.0 g/(kg·bw)respectively.All rats were sacrificed after 30 days' feeding. The serum levels of ALT and AST and pathological changes of the liver were observed. Results:Compared to the hyperlipidemia model group,Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,Dark tea powder and Liupu tea groups can effectively restrain the increasing weight of the rats, and the levels of AST in serum significantly decreased in the mid-dose group of Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,mid-dose and high dose groups of the Liupu tea(P0.05,P0.01);the serum levels of ALT in low dose groups of Fermented Pu-erh tea powder significantly decreased(P0.01);through the specimens of rats and pathological detection,we found that high dose group of Liupu tea can improve hepatic steatosis caused by high-fat diet significantly. Conclusion:Fermented Pu-erh tea powder,Dark tea powder and Liupu tea have different degrees of protection to the nonalcohol fatty liver, and high dose group of Liupu tea has the most obvious effect.
