To Observa Curative Effect of Enema of Xuanbaichengqi Decoction on Acute Lung Injury

Abstract

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xuanbaichengqi Decoction on acute lung injury.Methods:60 patients with acute lung injury were randomly divided into 2 groups,were given conventional treatment,anti-infection,mechanical ventilation,hormone,symptomatic treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Xuanbaichengqi Decoction besides,1 times a day,each 400 mL,continuous treatment for 7 days.And clinical symptoms and blood gas analysis were observed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was 90%,which was higher than that of control group whose was 60%(P0.05).Blood gas analysis index of both group were improved(P0.01),and The control group improved better than control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Xuanbaichengqi Decoction has good effects on acute lung injury.
