Clinical Observation of Huaijiang Decoction Combined with Retention Enema on Acute Radioactive Enteritis and Its Inflammation

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Huaijiang decoction combined with retention enema on acute radioactive enteritis and its mechanism. Methods 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups,control group was treated by radiotherapy and dexamethasone retention enema,treatment group was treated with radiotherapy and Huaijiang decoction. The clinical symptoms,efficient and serum C- reactive protein(CRP) were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher than control group(P 0. 01); and the clinical symptom scores of treatment group was significantly better than control group(P 0. 05); CRP levels of trearment group in each stage of growth rate compared with the control group was significant difference(P 0. 05). Conclusion Huaijiang decoction combined with retention enema on acute radioactive enteritis can inhibit the levels of CRP,improve clinical efficiency,and improve the basic clinical symptoms.
