The features and reasons of the flood disaster in Hubei province in modern times

Abstract
Based on the historical documents on the flood disaster,this paper discusses the features and reasons on the flood in Hubei province.The results show that the features of the flood are caused by the interaction of the nature environmental elements,human activities and its fragile preventative system to bear the disaster.The nature environmental elements conceive excessive disaster characteristic,the human activities lead to the flood to occur frequently,and the fragile preventative system cause loss of the to be severely.
