Abstract

To study the patients with preeclampsia and its relationship,amniotic fluid levels of interleuin-6(IL-6) was measured and expression of placenta growth factors in the placenta.Results :Concentrations of IL-6 and the level of PLGF expression were decreased and correlated in preeclampsia.Conclusions:The determination both IL-6 and PLGF will be significant to value and determine in preeclampsia.
