Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of different therapy in the management of peptic ulcer and the eradicative rate of helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods Children who has peptic ulcer with helicobacter pylori infection were divided into two groups. Group A was treated with cimitidine 15mg/(kg·d) amoxicillin 50mg/(kg·d) + bismuth citrate 7~8mk/(kgod) + metronidzole 15~20mg/(kg·d) for 4 weeks;Group B was treated with clarithromycin 15mg/(kg·d) + omeperazole 0.Smg/(kg·d) + amoxicillin 50mg/(kg·d) for 2weeks. Results The rates of eradicate of peptic ulcer:group A 85% ,group B 96%. The rates of eradicate of Hp:group A 72.2% ,group B 92.7%.The difference between two groups were very significant. Conclusion Proton pump inhibitor(Ome)in combination with antibiotics therapy is more effective, less duration, well tolerated less resistant, with higher rate of eradication.
