Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of peptic ulcer correlated with helicobacter pylori. Methods 106 cases of patients with positive gastric ulcer were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group were treated with rabeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin + sucralfate. The control group were treated with rabeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin. 7d was a course. The concrescence rate of the ulcer, the HP eradication rate and adverse reaction were compared. Results The cure rate of the treatment group( 92. 45%) were much better than that of the control group( 26. 42%)( P 0. 05); The HP eradication rate of the treatment group( 96. 23%) were much better than that of the control group( 73. 58%)( P 0. 05). There was no serious adverse reaction. Conclusion It is effective remarkable treatment for peptic ulcer correlated with helicobacter pylori by rabeprazole + clarithromycin + amoxicillin + sucralfate, and it is worth of clinical use.
