Abstract

Objective: To increase the purity of alkaloids by applying macroporous resin to total alkaloids from the extract of KuDouZi(Sophora alopecuroides L) seeds. Methods: Feed liquid, scaling p H=9, in the concentrations of 2.0 and 2.5 mg/m L, leaching and adding sodium chloride(1.0 mol/L), the weight of macroporous resin and the volume of the samples were in the ratio of 1:3 on the column, three times of the volume of the samples, p H=9, were used to elute firstly, and then three times volume of 70% ethanol with p H=9 were used. Conclusion: Non-polar D101 macroporous resin is chosen to separate and purify total alkaloids of the extract of KuDouZi seeds directly, which could make the purity of total alkaloids more than 60%, elution rate higher than 97% and obtaining good separation effects.
