Abstract
Objective Joint evaluation of mosapride lactulose treatment of functional constipation in clinical efficacy.Methods 135 cases of functional constipation were randomly divided into three groups of 45 cases.A group was given oral mosapride 5 mg/time,3 times/d,lactulose 10 ml/time,3 times/d;Mosapride alone group B,Group C alone lactulose,a course of 4 weeks.Before and after the patient medication record number of days between bowel movements,stool changes,bowel problems and side effects of change.Results 4 weeks after treatment,three group were 93.33%,51.11% and 82.22%.The incidence of side effects was 4.44%,8.89% and 8.89%.Conclusion Mosapride combined treatment of functional constipation lactulose effective than the two drugs alone and less side effects.
