Abstract
The study developed a qualitative and quantitative method of high performance liquid chromatography-tandemmass spectrometry for the determination of chlorpromazine residues in chicken muscle tissues.According to this method, thesamples were extracted with acidic acetonitrile and hexane, chromatographic separation was performed on C18 columnusing acetonitrile and 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate(containing 0.1% formic acid)in positive mode and acetonitrile andwater in negative mode, the samples were treated by electrospray ionization working with multi-reaction mode, quantifiedwith internal standard. The limit of detection of this method was 0.008μg/kg,limit of quantity was 0.025μg/kg,the recoveriesrate in chicken muscles were from 71.5% to 86.7% at 0.025 to 2.5μg/kg addition levels,intra-day and inter-day variablecoefficient was low than 7.6%.
