Abstract
Sulfonamides in pork sample were first extracted with acetonitrile after dehydration with anhydrous sodium sulfate, then purified from fats by extraction with n-hexane,and finally determined by HPLC with a UV detector at a wavelength of 270 nm.The lowest concentration of sulphodimides that could be detected was 5 μg/kg,and the recovery rate of sulphodimides was over 90% with relative error of less than 10%.A highly sensitive method for determination of sulphodimides residues in pig muscles by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).This method is fast, easy and accurate for determination of sulphodimides residues in pig muscles.
