Abstract

Objective To explore clinical effect of naloxone in the treatment of hypertensive hemorrhage. Methods 100 patients with hypertensive hemorrhage and treated by Micro-invasive surgical therapy were chosed, randomly divided into Observation group(n=50)and Control group(n=50) based on naloxone treated or not.comparative analysis were made on the therapeutic effect of2 groups. Results Hematoma volume, cerebral edema area, time of consciousness recovery and rate of complication ofobservation group are lower than the control group but total effective rate was higher(P0.05).Conclusion Naloxone has a definite therapeutic effect on patients with hypertensive hemorrhage, deserve the clinical expansion.
