Abstract

Objective To explore the different doses of naloxone in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage early clinical results. Methods A retrospective analysis of 86 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage early clinical data, divided into observation group and control group of 43 cases. In the conventional treatment, based on the observation group, high-dose naloxone(7 mg/d) for the treatment and control group routine dose(3 mg/d) treatment, comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with cerebral edema, intracranial pressure changes and consciousness recovery time situation. Results The treatment of patients with better(P0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional dose therapy methods, high doses of naloxone is more conducive to the patient's disease treatment.
