Abstract
Objective To establish the methods for the extraction and identification of flavonoids from the leaves of Ficus microcarpa L.f..MethodsMain factors influencing the extraction of flavonoids from the leaves of Orange Peel.were studied by single factor experiments.ResultsOptimized conditions for the extraction of flavonoids was obtained as ethanol concentration70%;extraction temperature 70℃;material to solvent 1∶1 0,extraction time 70 min,and extraction for three times.Yield of total flavonoids reached 3.02% under this condition.ConclusionThis method is ideal to withdraw the flavonoids of Orange Peel.
