Abstract
The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids from orange peel were obtained by using single factor and orthogonal experiment design. The content of flavonoids was determined. The result shows that 70 ℃ of water-bath temperature,1∶40 of ratio of solid material to 70% ethanol solution, and two-hours extraction time are the optimal conditions under which flavonoids in orange peel is 1.68%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
