Abstract
Objective To explore the changes of serum levels of LPO,SOD and IGF-Ⅰin patients with chronic hepatitis C. Methods The serum levels of LPO,SOD and IGF-Ⅰin 66 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis C and 72 healthy controls were detected by RIA. Results The serum levels of LPO and IGF-Ⅰin chronic hepatitis C patients were significantly higher than that of normal controls( P 0. 01),while the serum SOD levels were significantly lower than normal controls( P 0. 01). The serum LPO,SOD and IGF-levels in patients after 2months comprehensive treatment had no significant difference compared with normal group( P 0. 05).Conclusion The detection of changes of serum LPO,SOD and IGF-I levels has clinical value in the study of the mechanism, occurrence and development of chronic hepatitis C.
