Abstract

To study the changes between SOD activity and LPO content in serum of the patients with hepatitis B virus, the methods of xanthine oxidase and thiobarbituric acid were applied to this study The results show that SOD content in serum is higher that in the control group obviously ( P 0 05), while LPO content is higher than that in the control group significantly ( P 0 01) It concludes that the turbulence of the free radical was in the patients with hepatitis B virus
